Note: Due to COVID, shipping times may be delayed beyond our estimated timelines. This is beyond our control once the product is fulfilled and dropped off at the fulfillment centre.

Yes we do! If you are not seeing your country or have special instructions, please let us know.

We recently updated our shipping carriers and all orders are now tracked. Email or DM us and we can provide your tracking information.

We dispatch orders every Tuesday unless otherwise specified so take this into consideration when ordering!

We are based in Toronto, Canada so shipping within North America is usually 3-5 business days once dispatched. 

Depending on your country, it can take anywhere from 3 business days to 24 business days. This information is provided to us from the carriers and unfortunately, we do not have control over this.

We do not currently offer local pickup/delivery but DM us and we’ll do our best.

Please note that you’re responsible for inputting the correct address and paying for any import and duty taxes incurred outside of Canada.
